How We Work... 


1. The Inquiry: 

To start, you are asked to fill out our event inquiry form. This will give us a better idea of what your are looking for within your event and which types of beverages we think will best suit your event. This form also touches on other topics such as the date and location of your event, the number of hours in which our services will be needed, budget, etc. We are very flexible and want to make your event planning and overall experience as easy as possible. By simply filling out our form, we will create a quote that is tailored to your specific event and needs. 

2. Bar Package Selection and Quote: 

After filling out our event inquiry form, we will reach out via email and provide you with a quote that we think will fit the needs of you and your guests. This will clearly lay out the hourly rates for the bartender(s) needed, pricing for the selected beverages, and any other add ons required and/or selected such as a bar rental, charcuterie, signature cocktails, etc. 

3. Review & Confirmation: 

After you have received the quote for your event, you will be able to make any desired changes. This step is crucial for us to determine any last minute needs, add ons, or changes for your event. After the quote is to your liking, we will send an invoice where a deposit will be due to solidify the booking of your event. For the deposit, we require 50% of the hourly rate for the bartender(s). The remaining total will be due 14 days prior to the event. 

4. Invoice & Payment 

Once you have approved the quote, we will send you a formal invoice  This will include a full breakdown of where your money is going and the breakdown of when payments and the deposit are due. We accept deposit payments via credit card and check, and the remainder of the balance may be paid in cash, credit card, and/or check. 

5. Event Completion


For the remaining days leading up to the event date, we work with each client to tailor their each and every need. This could be discussing and finalizing signature cocktails, finalizing alcohol lists, discussing alcohol pickup and/or returns, and any other questions/ last minute details that need to be figured out.

When hiring us, you also get included services like individual consultations, cocktail tastings (when requested), alcohol pickup, and more.
