We have a couple different options in terms of types of beverages that can be served at various events.

Our rates vary from $60-100 PER bartender PER hour depending on date, holiday/season, guest count, & duration of event. Most, if not all events will only require 1-2 bartenders depending on guest count. There is also an additional 2.5-3.5 hours added to EACH event to account for the setup and breakdown of the bar. This does not cover the cost of the alcohol, mixers, glassware, ice, etc.
Bartending services include both bartenders and bartending kits which include bar mats and all other required materials. This pricing will also include our bar decor and includes the setup and breakdown of the bar. To get a better understanding of the types of beverages we serve and pricing, continue to read below!
***We are unable to legally both purchase AND serve alcohol at events. Due to this, we do require that each client provides their own alcohol for their event. We provide complimentary alcohol coaching to create a list of all required and needed products necessary to make your evening run smoothly and to make sure we are fully stocked.
Our Bars
We pride ourselves on our presentation and aesthetic, so with that being said, we have created our very own bar that can be rented for your event. Our bar breaks apart into 3 separate pieces and is a total of 10 feet long. The cost of renting the bar is $300 and covers the rental fee, transportation, and gas (this may vary depending on location of event). We will typically require the rental of our bar within your quote because we require proper work space and storage during our events. If your event space or event does not have an established bar, we typically will require the rental of our bar.
If you are booking with us and are hosting your event at a space that already has a bar, we will forgo this requirement depending on the circumstances of that bar. If you are booking with us through an event space and would like to still rent our bar to have a secondary bar option or to have it placed in a separate area during cocktail hour or during service, that is perfectly fine and we can sort those details out within the quote!
1. Basic Mixed Drinks
This includes basic liquor (shelf level can vary based on preference), mixers, and garnishes. This can be tailored to event type and preference.
Drinks within this option include basic mixed drinks such as vodka soda, whiskey coke, gin & tonic, etc.
2. Standard Bar Cocktails
We charge an additional small fee per person to compensate for the prep of any specialized syrups, infused liquors, specialized ice, garnishes, etc. This does not include any of the alcohol needed for the cocktails, but solely covers the extra juices, garnishes, prep time, etc.
For example:
One standard cocktail = $1/person
Two standard cocktails = $2/person
Three standard cocktails = $3/person
Standard cocktails include but are not limited to the following: Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Lime Margaritas, Moscow Mule, Mojito, Bloody Mary, etc. These cocktails require more steps and ingredients than a basic mixed drink, this is why we do charge an additional fee per person.

3. Signature Cocktails
Signature cocktails are customizable and will be priced according to the number of cocktails selected and guest count. This cost covers materials and ingredients necessary for syrups, garnishes, infused liquors, and preparation time.
For example:
One signature cocktail = $3/person
Two signature cocktails = $4/person
Three Signature cocktails = $5/person
For selection of cocktails, we have created our own chic, hand crafted cocktails that we are proud to stand behind. These cocktails are available for selection and can be tailored to best fit each client. In addition, we can create specialized cocktails based on individuals' preferences, style, event type, etc. We are always experimenting with new and exciting flavors and would love to craft something special for you! These cocktails are restaurant-quality and exclusive to Chic + Stirred.
Drinks within this category may include cocktails such as his & hers wedding cocktails, themed party beverages, holiday beverages, mocktails, and more! Head to our photo gallery as a reference to the types of cocktails we create.
4. Beer + Seltzers + Wine
These are other frequently requested beverages at events. When purchasing alcohol for your events, this can be added to your liquor list and customized to your guest count and preference.
5. Welcome Beverage
This is a beverage that can also be added to your event. Welcome beverages can range from an entrance shot, glass of champagne, or signature cocktail that is tailored to your event and guests.
6. BYOB..... "Build Your Own Bar"
This specific option may be purchased by itself or added to your other beverages. We offer a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosa Bar, Margarita Bar, and/or Old Fashioned option. Within this option, you will be able to hand select a variety of options such as liquor shelf level, mixers, garnishes, and/or other fun add ons to take your BYOB to the next level. For this package, pricing is solely covering the cost of the required products and materials, and then a flat setup fee that will vary depending on the type of bar chosen and the number of servings needed.
